Many US immigrants from El Salvador have been extradited into this prison without due process. Once entered, there is no accountability about what happens to prisoners.

President Trump is inquiring with President Nayib Bukele if US citizens can be entered into their prisons.

Apparently there is an execution bloc at this facility.
